I want to make a booking
Great! At the very top of the page you will find where to do it. Select the dates, the number of people and how many rooms you need. Then choose the accommodation, the room, the rate and the board basis.
What do I need to make a booking?
To make a booking at our hotels, you only need to know the dates of your stay and how many people you will be. You must also enter your contact details and register your card to make payment.

Can I choose rooms at Hotel Augustus?
The hotel has several room types, including Panoramic or Pool View, which allow you to guarantee sea or pool views. What we cannot guarantee is a frontline location or a specific room, as these are assigned at random.
¿Disponen de Habitaciones Adaptadas?
We have adapted rooms in the standard category at both Hotel Augustus and Hotel César Augustus, subject to availability.
Do you have Adapted Apartments?
No, we do not have adapted apartments.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets in our Augustus and César Augustus hotels nor in Augustus Tourist Apartments; only guide dogs are accepted. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in Singular Augustus Apartments, with a supplement of €15.00 per dog per night.
Where can I park my car?
At Augustus Hotels we have a private car park located right next to Hotel César Augustus. The car park is supervised and costs €13.50 per day for hotel guests. The maximum permitted height is 2.50 metres. Another option, located on the same street, is the blue zone (paid on-street parking) with a parking meter and limited parking time.
How can I reserve a parking space?
No se realizan reservas antes de la llegada al hotel, pero las plazas siempre están garantizadas.
Can I use the pool if I am not a hotel guest?
No, the hotel pool is exclusively for our staying guests.
What are the pool opening hours?
The pool is open throughout the season. The timetable may vary during the season, but is usually from 10:00 to 20:00.
Do you provide towel service for the pool?
We do not provide pool towels.
What are the restaurant opening hours?
Breakfast: from 08:00 to 10:30
Lunch: from 13:00 to 15:00
Dinner: from 19:30 to 22:00
What kind of food does the restaurant offer?
We work with a wide variety of Mediterranean products, seasonal and locally sourced. Meals are buffet-style with show cooking at each service (at Hotel César Augustus, show cooking is not available at lunchtime).
Do you offer food for different diets or intolerances?
If you have any intolerance or allergy, please contact our restaurant staff upon arrival and they will answer all your questions so you can choose a varied menu adapted to your needs.
Is there a microwave for guests?
The restaurant has a microwave in case you need to heat food for your baby. You can also do this outside restaurant hours in our café 24 hours a day.
I am not staying — can I come to eat at the hotel restaurant?
Yes, it is possible to pay the buffet as a supplement in low season. Ask about availability at Hotel Reception. Eating in the restaurant does not grant access to the pool.
Do you have a space to store luggage?
Yes, we have a room to store your luggage.
Is there entertainment at the hotel
We have our own entertainment team offering all kinds of daily activities for both children and adults.
Are there scheduled activities?
Yes, we have daily activities for all audiences. You will find the programme at hotel reception. You can also check it here.
What evening shows does the hotel offer?
In the evenings, there is a mix of varied shows run by our entertainment team or external performers (may vary depending on programme and hotel).
Is there a Mini Club at the hotel?
Yes, for children aged 4 to 12. The timetable is from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Parents must remain in the hotel while children are in the Mini Club. At Hotel César Augustus, this service is only available from June to September.
